Berlin Store User Agreement

Welcome to Berlin Store. By using our website or application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms of this agreement, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law. This agreement applies to all transactions between the store and the consumer.
Article 1: Definitions
Store: Berlin Store and all its digital channels (website/application) and any other associated sales channels.
Consumer: Any natural person who uses the store's services to purchase a product or service.
Agreement: These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the store and the consumer.
Article 2: Legal Capacity
The consumer acknowledges that they are at least (18) years old or possess valid legal capacity.
The consumer bears full responsibility to third parties for any violation of this article.
Article 3: Nature of the Store's Obligation
The store is obligated to provide the products/services offered according to the specifications provided.
The store may offer additional services, such as after-sales service, depending on the nature of the product/service. Article Four: Terms of Use
The consumer agrees to use the platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The consumer agrees not to use any product/service in a manner that violates regulations or rights.
Article Five: Account and Registration
By creating an account with the store, the consumer agrees to the following:
Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and immediately notifying the store of any unauthorized use.
The store is not responsible for any losses resulting from the consumer disclosing login credentials.
Using the account is for personal use only; any use by a third party is considered authorized by you.
Entering accurate and complete information and updating it when it changes.
The store will handle your personal information confidentially in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The store has the right to suspend/freeze/cancel the account if incorrect information is provided or if it violates the agreement, while reserving its right to protect other customers and recover its rights.
The store may suspend or block access to services if any of the above terms are violated.
Article Six: Electronic Communications
Communication will be conducted via the registered email address and the contact methods verified in the account. Electronic communications and messages within the system are considered equivalent to written documents within the limits permitted by the system.
The store may broadcast general/targeted messages to clarify relevant provisions or updates.
Article Seven: Amendments and Fees
The invalidity of any clause shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
This agreement may be amended as needed, and the version published on the website shall prevail.
Fees may be imposed on certain services or products in accordance with regulations, the nature of offers, and government taxes.
The store reserves the right to add, amend, or reduce fees in accordance with this agreement.
Article Eight: Payment and Settlement
The store provides secure electronic payment methods through its approved partners.
The store is committed to displaying prices clearly according to the market value.
The store is committed to issuing invoices and receipts for payments made.
The store adopts generally accepted accounting standards in its online store.
Article Nine: Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights pertaining to the store (name, trademarks, designs, content, images, etc.) are owned by the store. The consumer agrees to respect these rights and refrain from using them without prior written permission.
Article Ten: Store Liability
The store operates in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and this agreement.
The store is not liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence beyond its control, including errors by shipping companies or service providers.
The store guarantees that its products/services are legal, authorized, and intended for legitimate purposes.
Article Eleven: Restriction of Access
The store may suspend or terminate a consumer's membership or restrict their access to services at any time and without notice, whenever deemed necessary for legal or commercial purposes.
Article Twelve: Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and jurisdiction lies with the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom.
Article Thirteen: General Provisions
Arabic shall be the official language for interpreting the terms of this agreement. Any translation is for convenience only.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or discontinued by the store at any time. Both parties are committed to conducting business in accordance with Sharia principles and applicable regulations.
This agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the store management or by closing the account according to established procedures.
Deleting Your Account
You can request to delete your account by following these steps (the terminology may vary slightly depending on the application):
Open the application/website and log in.
From Account or Settings, select Account Management.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete Account.
Read the warning and then tap Confirm Deletion.
Important:
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your data associated with the account will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy and regulatory obligations.
Save any data you need before deleting.
