Berlin Store Usage Agreement

Welcome to Berlin Store. By using our website or application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms of this agreement, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law. This agreement applies to all transactions between the store and the consumer.

Article 1: Definitions

The store: Berlin store with all its digital channels (website/app) and any other sales channels associated with it.
Consumer: Every natural person who uses the store's services to purchase a product or service.
Agreement: These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between the store and the consumer.

Article Two: Legal Capacity

The consumer declares that he is at least (18) years old or that he has a valid legal capacity.
The consumer bears full responsibility to third parties when violating this article.

Article Three: Nature of the Store's Obligation

The store is committed to providing the products/services offered according to the specifications shown.
The store may offer additional services such as after-sales service depending on the nature of the product/service.

Article Four: Usage Guidelines

The consumer is obligated to use the platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The consumer agrees not to use any product/service in violation of regulations or rights.

Article Five: Accounting and Recording

By creating an account in the store, the consumer agrees to the following:

Maintain the confidentiality of login details and immediately report any unauthorized use to the store.
The store is not responsible for any losses resulting from the disclosure of login details by the consumer.
The account is to be used for personal purposes, and any use by others is authorized by you.
Enter accurate and complete data and update it when it changes.
The store handles your personal information confidentially in accordance with the privacy policy.
The store may suspend/freeze/cancel the account if incorrect or non-compliant data is provided, while reserving its right to protect other customers and recover its rights.
The store may suspend or block access to services if any of the above terms are violated.

Article Six: Electronic Communications

Communication is via the email address registered and the contact methods documented in the account.
Electronic correspondence and messages within the system are considered valid evidence in place of written documents within the limits permitted by the system.
The store may broadcast general/targeted messages to state relevant terms or updates.

Article Seven: Amendments and Fees

The invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
This agreement will be amended as needed, and the version published on the website will be the one that applies.
Fees may be imposed on some services or products according to regulations, the nature of the offers, and government taxes.
The store reserves the right to add, modify, or deduct fees in accordance with this agreement.

Article Eight: Payment and Settlement

The store provides secure electronic payment methods through its authorized partners.
The store is committed to displaying the price clearly according to the market value.
The store is committed to issuing invoices and receipts for payments made.
The store uses generally accepted accounting standards in its online store.

Article Nine: Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights pertaining to the store (name, trademarks, designs, content, images…) are owned by the store.
The consumer is obligated to respect these rights and refrain from using them without prior written permission.

Article Ten: Store Responsibility

The store operates in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and this agreement.
The store is not liable for any claims arising from an error or negligence beyond its control, including errors by shipping companies or service providers.
The store is committed to ensuring that the products/services are legitimate, authorized, and intended for legitimate purposes.

Article Eleven: Restriction of Access

The store may suspend or cancel a consumer's membership or restrict their access to services at any time and without notice, whenever the regulatory or commercial interest so requires.

Article Twelve: The Applicable Law

This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and jurisdiction lies with the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom.

Article Thirteen: General Provisions

Arabic is the language adopted for interpreting the terms of the agreement, and any translation is for convenience only.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional offers are temporary, and the store may modify or discontinue them at any time.
Both parties commit to dealing in accordance with the provisions of Sharia and relevant regulations.
This agreement shall only be cancelled by a decision issued by the store management or by closing the account in accordance with the approved procedures.

Delete your account

You can request to delete your account by following these steps (the terminology may vary slightly depending on the application):

Open the app/website and log in.
From the account or settings, select Account Management .
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete Account .
Read the warning and then press Confirm Delete .

important:

The deletion is final and irreversible, and your data associated with the account will be deleted in accordance with the data retention policy and regulatory obligations.
Save any data you need before deleting.
